My day could have been crappy. It wasn't.
I went roller skating for my step-sister in law's (whew) birthday party. I was afraid that my back would hurt, or that my ankle would hurt. Neither happened. My back had a bit of soreness, but that's all. I just managed to wear myself out and get a couple blisters. It was a good time.
I need to go skating more.

Hey Amy! My name is Zuly. I am a 19 year old female. I am also a college student. I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 14. I went to a chiropractor but for financial reasons was not able to finish the treatment. The treatment was going well the exercises the Dr. had me do took the pain away for a couple of years. Last I had a summer job that brought the pain back. I have been having pain on most days and know exactly how you feel. Thanks for posting, it really helps to know that I am not the only one struggling with this problem. Thanks for all the extra info. Hope that all goes well and have peaceful days without pain. As for me, I think it's time to look for a chiropractor. Oh yeah forgot to mention, I'm stuck at home today after being at the hospital yesterday. I was attached to an IV and had to go through breathing treatment. Sweet old asthma and poor lungs are responsible for my bronchitis.
